SunTrust Bank Robbery on 25 April 2007

MECKLENBURG COUNTY NC NEWS -- The FBI Charlotte Safe Streets Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the individual who is responsible for the robbery of the SunTrust Bank, located at 9617 Holly Point Drive in Huntersville, North Carolina.

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on April 25, a lone male entered the SunTrust Bank, brandished a weapon, and demanded money. The perpetrator is described as a white male, mid 30's, average build and was wearing a UNC hat, blue polo shirt, blue jean shorts and white shoes. The perpetrator is suspected to have fled the area in a white Ford Explorer.
